We are a family-run business offering logs, kindling, standard coal, smokeless brazier and anthracite products, biofuels, extra hot fire logs, paraffin, charcoal and disposable barbeques – and delivery is nationwide.
Fuelsell's father and son partnership, Malcolm and Steve Filsell first started supplying logs and kindling to a few local shops as a way of diversifying when profits from their Norfolk family farm started to take a downturn.
With the space to expand and the vision to transform the fledgling business into a customer-focused supply service with the emphasis on recycled, environmentally-friendly products, Fuelsell took off.
By applying for a Government grant, the business was able to install state-of-the-art cutting machinery and storage facilities with plenty of room for storing and drying the products.
Today, in line with its strong environmentally-friendly credentials, Fuelsell sources waste wood from joinery firms and managed woodland and packs it to provide customers with readily available, high quality, easy-to-use, clean, dry wood products, delivered nationwide.
The business has also diversified further, extending its range of products to provide a one-stop shop for customers by also offering standard coal, smokeless brazier and anthracite products, grains, bio fuels, extra hot fire logs, paraffin, charcoal and disposable barbeques – and delivery is nationwide, either through suppliers or direct-to-the-door with a ‘packaway service’ offered too.
In a competitive market, good customer relations are paramount to the business and Malcolm and Stephen Filsell are constantly improving and upgrading the Fuelsell product range and service.
